Clive has over 20 years of experience working as a commercial property Valuer throughout the State of Victoria and is an Accredited Specialist Retail Valuer. Clive has been an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute since 2003 and a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2013.

Throughout his career, he has been a Senior Commercial Valuer and Associate Director of two of Melbourne’s largest valuation companies.

Clive acts on a diverse range of real estate, including commercial and retail premises, childcare centers, and automotive and fast food premises.

Clive is also a Certified Agents Representative with the Real Estate Institute of Victoria since 2008.
