Lawyer’s Val.Check is an impartial valuation critique of a single expert’s property valuation report with a 48 hour turnaround time. The critique is specifically designed to assist Family Lawyers in providing educated, timely and cost effective advice to clients regarding issues with a single expert’s property valuation report.
The report provides an easy to understand critique of all the sections of a valuation report referencing International Valuation Standards. Also provided is the reviewer’s summary of the critique, overall rating and suggestions.
Additionally, the fee includes communication with the reviewer, once the critique is issued, to provide further clarification or discussion around potential further options.

*The report to be critiqued must be a single property such as house, townhouse, apartment, vacant single dwelling residential site, retail shop, industrial building or commercial office with a value below $3,000,000. The property must be within the Greater Melbourne area, Mornington Peninsula or Bellarine Peninsula. Excluded are more specialist properties such as rural farming properties, rural properties over 20 acres and specialist commercial properties.
