Gerard has over thirty years of experience working as a property Valuer throughout the State of Victoria and also as a consultant on specific client requirements along the eastern seaboard states of Australia. Employment began with a large residential valuation practice in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne and then working with city based national valuation and real estate businesses.

Since 2017 Gerard has specialised in Family Law property valuations having involvement in hundreds of Family Law matters with experience extending to giving Expert Evidence in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

Gerard is a past board member of the Australian Property Institute (Victoria Division), past Chairman of the CPD Committee, past member of the Membership Committee and a Professional Examiner.
